OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Artisan Wellness Limited (trading as Artisan Alume). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Artisan Wellness Limited. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – WELLNESS & ARTISANAL PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
Medical Disclaimer: Our products (including GreenGlow and ZenMoon) are wellness supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new regimen.
Artisanal Provenance: We specialize in extreme-climate botanicals. Because our ingredients are artisanal and naturally sourced, you acknowledge that there may be slight variations in color, texture, or taste between batches. These variations are a hallmark of natural provenance and do not constitute a product defect.
SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 3 – PRICING & GST (NEW ZEALAND)
Tax: All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). For all orders delivered within New Zealand, prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (DUTIES & COMPLIANCE)
Import Obligations: For customers outside of New Zealand, you are the "Importer of Record." Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our price.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying these fees upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays or seizures caused by your local customs authorities.
SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTION POLICY ("JOIN THE TRIBE")
By selecting a subscription option, you agree to a recurring billing agreement.
Recurring Charges: You will be charged automatically at the interval selected until you cancel.
Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your customer portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your next billing date.
SECTION 6 – QUALITY GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
Our 30-Day Good Faith Promise
We want you to experience our wellness rituals with total peace of mind. If you try your first single bag of ZenMoon or GreenGlow and are not completely satisfied with the results, let us know within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund.
- Note: This guarantee is valid for first-time New Zealand customers only and applies strictly to individual formula trials. Multi-packs, curated ritual sets, and repeat orders are excluded.
Standard Returns & Safety Policy
Because our blends are premium, ingestible wellness supplements, we adhere to strict food safety protocols.
- Opened Products: Outside of our first-time 30-Day Promise, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. We do not offer refunds for a standard "change of mind."
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or with a compromised security seal, please email photographic evidence to info@artisanalume.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can fast-track a replacement for you.
- Quality Assurance: If you believe a product does not meet our premium standards, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery. Any non-damage replacements, credits, or refunds outside our initial 30-day promise remain at the sole operational discretion of Artisan Wellness Limited.
SECTION 7 - The Complete Store Credit & Promotional Terms
All store credits issued by Artisan Wellness Limited (including our $14 One-Off Item Reward, $29 One-Off Ritual Reward, and $15 Lapsed Customer Credits) are designed in good faith to support your ongoing wellness journey. To maintain our premium standards, all issued credits are bound by the following conditions:
- No Promotion Stacking: Store credits cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other active discounts, promotional codes, flash sales, or limited-time offers. Only one credit or discount code can be applied per order.
- Subscription Exclusions: To prevent system abuse, store credits can only be redeemed against standard, one-off purchases. Credits cannot be applied to existing automated monthly subscriptions, subscription renewals, or used to discount recurring subscription legs, as these products are already heavily discounted.
- Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Store credits are linked directly to your registered customer account email. Credits are strictly non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
- Expiry Limitations: All issued promotional and winback store credits are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused balance after this period will automatically expire and cannot be reissued.

Clawback on Refunds: If an order that earned a store credit is subsequently cancelled or refunded under our 30-Day Good Faith Promise, any store credit generated from that purchase will be instantly voided. If the credit has already been spent on a subsequent order, the spent value will be deducted from your final cash refund.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Artisan Wellness Limited is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
SECTION 9 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 10 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (c) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (d) to spam, phish, or scrape content.
SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Artisan Wellness Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our products. The service and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use.
SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artisan Wellness Limited and our affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
