Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. We email a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is free for orders of NZ$99 and above. Orders below NZ$99 have a NZ$6.90 standard shipping charge. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Australia

Standard shipping is AUD$14.90, with free shipping for orders of AUD$125 and above. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Other Destinations

Configured standard shipping rates are US$24.90 for the United States, €24.90 for the European destinations available at checkout (including the United Kingdom), and €14.90 for Cyprus. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Available destinations, options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or courier delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise shown at checkout. Check local import requirements before ordering.

Delivery Issues

Check your address before confirming your order. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched. A redelivery fee may apply when an order is returned because you supplied an incorrect address, subject to applicable law.

If your order is damaged, missing or delayed, email info@artisanalume.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photographs of any damage where available. A delay in reporting does not remove your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer-law rights.
