Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside of New Zealand, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Artisan Wellness Limited is not responsible for these additional costs.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched. A redelivery fee will apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@artisanalume.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
