Purchase & Subscription Policy
Welcome to the Artisan Alume Tribe. By purchasing our botanical rituals, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a premium, consistent wellness experience.
1. Purchase Options
To support your daily evolution, we offer two primary ways to shop:
One-Time Ritual: Purchase a single 30-serving bag at the standard retail price. Ideal for gifting or initial exploration.
Subscribe & Save (The Continuous Ritual): Join the Tribe to ensure your rituals are never interrupted.
- Single Product: Receive a $14 NZD discount on every recurring order.
- The Complete Ritual (AM + PM Combo): Receive a $29 NZD discount on every recurring bundle.
- Frequency: Botanicals are automatically delivered every 30 days (or your chosen frequency).
2. Subscription Cancellation & Management
We believe in freedom and flexibility. You are never "locked in," and you have full control over your subscription through your Customer Portal.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled ritual, cancellations or pauses must be processed at least 3 days (72 hours) before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed within this 72-hour window, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that month.
How to Adjust Your Ritual:
Log in to your account at artisanalume.com and navigate to 'Manage Subscriptions' to:
Cancel your subscription entirely.
Pause your ritual if you are traveling.
Skip a month if you have not finished your current bag.
Swap formulas (e.g., switching from GreenGlow to ZenMoon).
3. Payment & Billing
Automated Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on the anniversary of your first purchase or your selected interval.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, our system will attempt to re-charge three times over 10 days. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused to prevent a lapse in your ritual.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust prices. Tribe members will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to any change affecting their recurring rate.
4. Shipping & Delivery
NZ-Wide Shipping: We offer flat-rate and tiered free shipping across Aotearoa.
Address Changes: It is your responsibility to update your shipping address in the portal. Changes must be made 72 hours before your billing date to apply to that shipment.
Tracking: Every order is shipped via tracked courier from our Auckland facility. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your botanicals are dispatched.
5. The 30-Day "Empty Bag" Satisfaction Guarantee
Our purchase policy is backed by our signature trust commitment. If you complete your first 30-day ritual and are not satisfied with the results, you are eligible for a full refund:
Try it, love it, or get your money back. If you finish your first bag and don’t love the results, we’ll refund you 100%. Exclusively for first-time NZ customers.
Claims must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
