Purchase & Subscription Policy

Artisan Alume offers one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions where shown on the product page.

Purchase Options

One-time purchases are charged at the displayed price. Subscribe & Save offers a $14 NZD discount on recurring single-product orders and a $29 NZD discount on recurring AM + PM bundles. Orders recur every 30 days or at your selected frequency. Review the price and interval before confirming your subscription.

Cancellation & Management

You can cancel, pause, skip an order or swap formulas through your customer portal. Make cancellations or pauses at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next order being processed.

If an order has already been processed, contact us to discuss options under our refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Payment & Billing

Your selected payment method is charged automatically at your chosen interval until you cancel. If a payment fails, our system attempts to charge three times over 10 days. If unsuccessful, your subscription is paused.

We reserve the right to adjust prices. Subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before a change affecting their recurring rate.

Shipping & Address Changes

Keep your shipping address current in the customer portal. Address changes must be made at least 72 hours before your billing date to apply to that shipment. A tracking link is sent when your order is dispatched. Refer to our shipping policy for shipping information.

30-Day First-Purchase Guarantee

First-time New Zealand customers purchasing a single, individual GreenGlow or ZenMoon bag may request a refund of its purchase price if dissatisfied, even if the bag is empty. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Multi-pack bundles, The Luminous Ritual set and repeat purchases are excluded. Refer to our refund policy for full details.
